Individuals that are not currently University employees cannot book travel directly with Fox World Travel. Click the article headline to review the process for booking non-employees.
Employees can book travel for other employees or guests of the university. However, Fox World Travel will only accept reservations from a profiled traveler. Guests of the university will not be authorized to call in and arrange travel.
Fox World Travel representatives were at NU campuses on February 4 - 6, 2020. Video recordings and presentation materials for the main session and the group booking session are now available.
Conferma /Secure Pay hotels reservations made via the Concur booking tool before February 1, 2020 will still be an active reservation, however the Conferma application to direct pay is not available.
Recently, a new coronavirus broke out in China and is starting to spread. So, just what is the coronavirus and how does it impact travel?
Due to the transition from Travel & Transport to Fox World Travel, direct pay via the university credit card (Conferma) will be temporarily disabled.
Representatives from Fox World Travel will be visiting the NU campuses on February 4, 5, and 6.
As a reminder, Fox World Travel Inc. will become the University of Nebraska’s official travel management partner effective Feb. 1, 2020. On that date, employees with the privilege of traveling on university business should arrange their travel through Fox.
