The recruiting module aims to create efficiency in the recruiting process by:
    - Streamlining recruitment to attract and hire top talent
 
    - Using Recruitment Marketing to build talent pools and promote job openings
 
    - Automating candidate tracking with an Applicant Tracking System for resume parsing and interview scheduling
 
    - Enabling mobile recruiting for easy access to tools
 
    - Using the Job Profile Builder to manage job profiles
 
Onboarding
The onboarding module aims to facilitate faster integration and productivity by:
    - Designing an engaging onboarding process to help new employees integrate and become productive quickly
 
    - Starting pre-boarding with essential information and introductions before their start date
 
    - Assigning and tracking tasks among HR, IT, and managers
 
    - Using electronic forms for efficient document completion
 
Performance & Goals
The performance and goals module aims to facilitate continuous performance improvement through:
    - Aligning individual and team objectives with organizational goals through effective Goal Management 
 
    - Encouraging regular communication between employees and managers with Continuous Feedback 
 
    - Using structured Performance Reviews that include self-assessments and 360-degree feedback
