The University of Nebraska is transitioning existing phone and voicemail services to Microsoft Teams Phone, supporting a more modern and flexible communication experience for faculty, staff, and departments.
As part of this effort, current phone and voicemail systems will move to Microsoft Teams Phone, analog gateway services will be replaced with updated solutions, and users will gain access to integrated calling features directly within Microsoft Teams.
By bringing calling, voicemail, and collaboration together in one place, Teams Phone makes it easier to connect and work from anywhere while delivering a consistent and user-friendly experience across campuses and locations.
