In-Person Support (Weekdays, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Prefer face-to-face support? Each campus has NU ITS walk-in locations where you can get hands-on help with devices, accounts, and more. Our NU ITS Help Desk staff are available to assist you Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (unless otherwise listed) at the following locations:
- UNK: Calvin T. Ryan Library - Circulation Desk
- UNL: Love Library South, Room 31 (8:00 AM - 7:00 PM) and Dinsdale Learning Commons
- UNO: Criss Library First Floor - First Floor
