Craig received his undergraduate degree from St. Olaf College and his law degree from the College of William and Mary. He came to the University of Nebraska with over thirty-five years of legal experience, particularly in the areas of labor and employment, litigation, faculty affairs and student affairs. He previously practiced as part of the in-house department of an international corporation, in the labor and employment law departments of various private law firms, and most recently as a senior attorney for the University of Illinois. Craig is licensed to practice law within the State of Illinois and other jurisdictions and is in the process of seeking admission to the State of Nebraska.
