Welcome to the eighteenth edition of Fun Fact Friday. This week we are providing the final go live dates for implementation and letting you know where to go for help.
Go Live Timeline
In Volume 15 of Fun Fact Friday, we announced a re-evaluation of our go-live date based on individual campus needs. The Project 921 Steering Committee and Campus Senior Leadership have decided to move forward with a rolling go-live process, which allowed each campus to customize their go live dates to better align with their campus’ readiness.

Where To Go For Help
As each campus implements SuccessFactors, it is important for users to know where to go to find system access as well as assistance if needed. SAP Firefly will house “launch” tiles for the Position Description tools and the SuccessFactors system and these will be made available when each campus goes live.

A “Submit a Help Ticket” tile has been added to Firefly. To find the tile, simply log on to Firefly and click on the “SAP SuccessFactors” tile. Once submitted, your question or issue will be routed to the appropriate campus/representative to address.
