Susan Rezek Hotel Services Associate Nebraska Center Hotel UNL
Sue operates the front desk of the Clifford Hardin Nebraska Center for Continuing Education. She has been a very valuable resource to the Center in her more than 26 years of service, acting as the ambassador to clients and guests.
Each year, Sue assists tens of thousands of guests, helping them check in and out of the hotel and find their meeting rooms, coordinating their travel needs, and assisting with the many other details of operating a residential conference center.
A recent example involved a guest from Missouri who lost an expensive earring which also had considerable sentimental value. Sue conducted an extensive search, found the earring, and arranged for its safe return. The guest wrote thanking Sue for her conscientious efforts. She is a true professional who will always go the extra mile.
