Under the guidance and oversight of the University of Nebraska Executive Vice President and Provost, the Enterprise Services department is composed of the University of Nebraska Student Information Systems (NeSIS) and Nebraska Business Information Systems (NeBIS) teams.
The Enterprise Services department is responsible for maintaining the core business and student systems for both the University of Nebraska and Nebraska State College System.
The services provided by the teams include:
- Safeguard student, faculty, staff and financial data.

Provide functional and technical support for the Student Information System including Student Records, Student Financials, Financial Aid, Student Admissions, Academic Advising, Event Scheduling, and Internal Student and Scholar Information Systems.

Support the Administrative Business system in meeting all functional, technical, production scheduling, reporting and security necessary.

Provide functional and technical support for the Business Information System including Human Resources/Payroll, Financials, Procurement, Travel Management, Budget, and Business Services/Employee Self Service portal.

Manage reporting information systems for student and business data.

Integrating with critical business and student systems and services, including degree audit, housing, State of Nebraska and Federal offices, imaging systems, health care providers, benefit systems, purchasing systems and catalogs, identity and access management, etc.
