I've been invited to participate in the efforts of HERS-EA (http://www.hers-ea.org) by teaching at their summer academy (http://docs.wixstatic.com/ugd/64d554_5510f0725a7f474bbf6e341c7749d2d2.pdf). They are particularly interested in the work I do with teachers in the greater Omaha area on training them to teach computational thinking, coding, and math using visual art as the medium. They would like for me to do this work with teachers in eastern Africa. I am interested in pursuing this, but they have no funding to support this.
