Aditi Rai

Aditi Rai is the daughter of Sunil and Anamika Rai and has one sibling, Parth Rai. She was born in India and moved to the United States around age six. She lived across the country before settling in Nebraska during her junior year of high school. She graduated from Elkhorn South High School in 2023. She is a third-year Honors student at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, studying Computer Science on the pre-med track. After graduation, she plans to attend medical school and pursue a career as a physician. She hopes to combine her background in computer science with medicine to improve the patient care experience through innovation and technology. Aditi previously served as Student Body Vice President for the 2025–2026 academic year. She is honored to serve as Student Body President and UNO Student Regent. In these roles, she is committed to collaborating with students, faculty, and staff to advocate for student needs and create meaningful, lasting change across campus. She believes in building a stronger, more connected university community and is guided by the belief that we are one UNO.
