E-Builder

Facilities, Planning & Capital Programs utilizes e-Builder as its project management information system. This cloud-based software allows for a central repository of project information, stream-lined communications and processes, standardized workflows, extensive reporting, project planning and limitless data archiving. Project participants are encouraged to join FP&CP in its use to effectively and efficiently partner in project solutions.

Technical Assistance & Feedback

Users should not respond to communications sent directly from e-Builder. FP&CP has its own technical support team. E-mail eBassist@nebraska.edu or call 402-472-3131 for all system support including, but not limited to:

Technical or performance issues
General user guidance or system assistance
System error messages
User satisfaction or feedback
User profile updates or changes
Suggested improvements
Reporting upload issues

Knowledge Center - Training & Resources

Initial and refresher workshops are offered, on an as-needed basis, to users both internal and external to the University and are currently hosted at 1901 Y Street. Email eBtrain@nebraska.edu to inquire about or schedule an e-Builder individual or small group workshop. In the email, individuals should provide their name, email address, employer name, role on the project(s) and project(s) involved with. Access to e-Builder is granted once user setup is complete. Because workshops are hands on, attendees will log into their individual e-Builder account. Participants should bring their login information to the workshop.
