Submitting a New Project Request
Most Facilities, Planning & Capital Programs requests are handled with our New Project Request Form. If you need to request a facility plan, new space for your team or have a revision request for the FP&CP Design Guidelines, there are separate forms for those requests below. New Project Estimate Request Form
Use to request estimates for any new Facilities, Planning & Capital Programs projects, such as construction, remodeling, space modifications such as changes to doors, walls and ceilings, space use changes (such as office to classroom), code review, building signage installation or relocation, etc.
Facility Plan Request Form
Use to request floorplan files for University of Nebraska facilities or for current Facilities, Planning & Capital Programs projects.
Space Request Form
Use to submit a request for new or reassigned office, classroom, laboratory or other physical space in a University of Nebraska facility or building.
Design Guideline Revision Request Form
Use to suggest an addition or revision to FP&CP's Design Guideline documents.
Campus Facilities Requests
While facilities planning and capital projects and requests are managed centrally across the University of Nebraska, each campus has their own facilities groups that manage repairs, maintenance, landscaping and grounds, custodial, operations, energy and utilities. If you need to request campus-based services, please visit the relevant campus site below.
