Linda has been an exemplary staff member at UNL for the past 14 years. During that time, she has received recognition for a number of her professional activities.
Recently, however, Linda accomplished a feat that deserves special recognition. She played a key role in the successful effort to convince the Lancaster Board of Equalization that numerous pieces of UNL property legitimately qualify for exemption from property taxes. This required the summarization of an enormous amount of information, organizing it into an understandable summary. It also required an articulate presentation of that information to the members of the board.
Linda accomplished this important task by approaching it in a thoroughly professional manner. This was attested to by the County Assessor’s Office, which complimented her on a job well done.
