Faculty appreciate Suzie’s talents, expertise, professionalism and willingness to go beyond the expected to find solutions to problems. They also comment on the value she adds to their courses with her ideas on how to improve design, technology usage or other aspects unique to distance courses, and her professionalism and positive attitude.
For two summers Suzie has successfully led the Summer Institute for Online Teaching, a five week blended online and face-to-face faculty development effort involving UNL and UNK as well as Instructional Technology Group and Extended Education & Outreach.
