Student Support
In-Person Support (Weekdays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Each campus offers ITS walk‑in locations where students can receive hands‑on support. Our ITS Help Desk staff are available to assist you Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (unless otherwise listed) at the following locations:
- UNK: Calvin T. Ryan Library — Circulation Desk
- UNL: Love Library South, Room 31 (8:00 AM-7:00 PM) and Dinsdale Learning Commons
- UNO: Criss Library — First Floor

24/7 After Hours Canvas Support
24/7 after hours support is available through Instructure. If they're unable to resolve your issue, Instructure will escalate the issue for NU ITS to address the following business day.

- Log in to Canvas
- In the left side global navigation menu, click on Help
- Click on Chat with Canvas Support (Students)
