The Board of Regents is pleased to present a KUDOS award to Alex Boryca, Salesforce Administrator in the Information Technology Services for the University of Nebraska System serving the University of Nebraska at Omaha campus.
“Alex goes above and beyond while providing exceptional behind-the-scenes support keeping the Salesforce operations running smoothly. If something isn’t working as expected, he is one of the first the team turns to, and he fixes it. He works quietly in the background to ensure that others can do their jobs efficiently. His reliability and problem-solving have had a major impact on every UNO Salesforce implementation. I know, I have relied heavily on Alex during these times”, says Jonathan Acosta, Director of Student Success Applications and Advising.
As a strong and dependable teammate, his balanced approach of knowing when to lead and when to follow makes him an invaluable part of any project team. He listens attentively and supports others in achieving shared goals. He collaborates seamlessly across departments and is always willing to lend his expertise or help troubleshoot, no matter how big or small the issues may be.
