The following is a list of recommended items suppliers may give for a prize drawing at your booth.
Other items may be approved, provided the item is useful for university departments.
Acceptable Donations
- Products or services the company sells (computers, furniture, rentals, etc.)
- Branded promotional items
- Gift cards for your company’s goods and services only
- Hotel stays (used for recruiting purposes or speakers)
- Software subscriptions or apps (meeting university-approved guidelines for use)
Unacceptable Donations
- Event tickets
- Lottery tickets
- Watches or jewelry
- Apparel for a sports team or university other than UNL or Huskers
- Alcohol
- Trips
- Sports equipment
- Cash or non-specific gift cards
