Conformance to Campus Master Plans

Proposed new facilities, additions to existing facilities, or major facility renovations shall conform to the most current NU Campus Master Plans. The most current campus master plan documents can be downloaded below.

Any proposed departure from these guidelines must follow the waiver request process. Requests for Design Standard Waivers should be submitted by A/Es or the Project Manager on a project-by-project basis. Please use the Design Standard Waiver Request Form available in eBuilder. (Project > Forms > Fill Out Form > Design Standard Waiver)
