University of Nebraska System Assessment

As part of its ongoing strategic planning efforts, the University of Nebraska System is conducting a systemwide assessment to identify opportunities to strengthen alignment, coordination and long-term effectiveness across the institution. Deloitte Consulting is partnering with the university to review strategic alignment and financial sustainability, while gathering perspectives from the university community on how current structures, processes and resources support the missions of each campus.

Over the next six months, leadership at the University of Nebraska System will work closely with Deloitte Consulting to collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data in support of understanding the current state operating model of the University of Nebraska System and each of the campuses.  Data analyses and findings will be shared on a regular basis with the President's Council in support of developing and sharing both a current state analysis report and a final recommendation report by the end of the calendar year.
