Spencer Holm
Associate General Counsel
Spencer is an Associate General Counsel for the University of Nebraska. Spencer provides general legal services to the University with a focus on procurement contracts. He drafts, reviews, and negotiates a variety of contracts and provides general legal advice regarding contract matters.
Prior to joining the University, Spencer clerked for the Idaho Court of Appeals and served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Idaho Office of the Attorney General, where he advised state agencies and officials regarding contract, education, and administrative law. Spencer is a graduate of Brigham Young University-Idaho and the University of Idaho College of Law, where he was an editor for the Idaho Law Review.
