Molly McCleery
Associate General Counsel and University Records Director
Molly is Associate General Counsel and Records Director for the University of Nebraska. She provides general legal services for the University with an emphasis on records management administration, including production of records in response to public records requests. Molly is a graduate of Truman State University and Creighton University School of Law.
Prior to joining the University of Nebraska, Molly worked in the nonprofit sector, focusing on policy and litigation involving public assistance programs, Medicaid, and the Affordable Care Act, and in state government as Deputy Ombudsman in the Nebraska Legislature's Office of Public Counsel/Ombudsman. Molly was also a law clerk for the Third Judicial District of Iowa.
