Diane Holtorf, CPA

Diane Holtorf is a Certified Public Accountant and a Senior Internal Auditor for Internal Audit and Advisory Services. She has nearly 25 years of audit experience. Prior to rejoining the University in October of 2021, she held various auditing positions with the Nebraska Auditor of Public Accounts, the State of Nebraska, and the private sector.

Diane’s primary responsibilities include working across all four campuses to identify key business risks and internal controls; develop audit objectives; review university policies, state, and federal regulations for compliance requirements; and review accounting transactions.

Diane earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in business management from Concordia University with an accounting emphasis. She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and the Nebraska Society of CPA’s.

Diane and her husband Paul have two children, Adam and his wife Cara, and Derek.
