Spencer Holm
Associate General Counsel
Spencer is an Associate General Counsel for the University of Nebraska. Spencer provides general legal services to the University with a focus on transactional matters. He drafts, reviews, negotiates, and provides general legal advice regarding commercial, procurement, real estate, and construction contracts.
Prior to joining the University, Spencer clerked for the Idaho Court of Appeals and served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Idaho Office of the Attorney General, where he advised state agencies and officials regarding transactional matters and administrative law. Spencer is a graduate of Brigham Young University-Idaho and the University of Idaho College of Law.
