Jaclyn Klintoe
Associate General Counsel
Jaclyn is Associate General Counsel for the University of Nebraska. She advises University leadership on a broad range of legal matters, with an emphasis on employment law, faculty and personnel issues, collective bargaining, institutional governance, regulatory compliance, and administrative processes. Her work frequently involves advising on complex personnel matters, policy interpretation, litigation strategy, and eDiscovery.
Prior to joining the University of Nebraska, Jaclyn worked in private practice focusing on complex civil litigation and served as a law clerk to a federal magistrate judge. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law.
