The University of Nebraska Board of Regents will meet Friday, Dec. 3, 2021, at Varner Hall, 3835 Holdrege St. in Lincoln. The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. and will also be live-streamed at www.nebraska.edu. The meeting is open to the public.

The meeting will lead off with a presentation from Bryan Slone, president of the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce and Industry, about workforce development in the state. University of Nebraska System President Ted Carter will also provide a university update.
Items for the Board's consideration include:
- Plans for a renovation and addition to the Lied Center for Performing Arts at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. (Addendum XI-B-3)
- Plans for completion of the renovation of Warner Hall at the University of Nebraska at Kearney (Addendum XI-B-1), and the following deferred maintenance projects at UNL: replacement of the Westbrook Music Building (Addendum XI-B-5), renovation of Kimball Recital Hall (XI-B-6), renovation of Bessey Hall (Addendum XI-B-7), renovation of Morrill Hall (Addendum XI-B-8), and renovation of the Pershing Military & Naval Science Building (Addendum XI-B-9). All projects are part of the ongoing deferred maintenance partnership between the university and state.
