Project & Team Support
Project & Team Support provides oversight, administration and coordination over the department’s ‘behind-the-scenes’ activities. The team focuses on quality assurance, policy compliance, policy, process and procedural improvements and best practices, efficiencies and resourcefulness and business and financial fiscal stewardship. Project & Team Support's activities are guided by the Board of Regents and federal, state, industry and partner collaborations, laws, practices, and regulations.

Project Support Resources
eBid: eBid is the University’s online bidding system, replacing traditional paper bids with an electronic process. The eBid system is the only acceptable method to submit bids.
e-Builder: Facilities, Planning & Capital Programs utilizes e-Builder as its project management information system. Project participants are encouraged to join FP&CP in its use to effectively and efficiently partner in project solutions.
Project Plan Request Form: External partners may use this form to request project plans; all requests are subject to approval.
