Project & Team Support provides oversight, administration and coordination over the department’s ‘behind-the-scenes’ activities. The team focuses on quality assurance, policy compliance, policy, process and procedural improvements and best practices, efficiencies and resourcefulness and business and financial fiscal stewardship. Project & Team Support's activities are guided by the Board of Regents and federal, state, industry and partner collaborations, laws, practices, and regulations.
