Leo’s responsibilities include all aspects of personnel processing and human resource relations for the departments served by the Natural Resources business center. She interprets, communicates and trains faculty and staff on policies and procedures, advises faculty and staff on personnel-related matters, creates and maintains personnel records and data files, and oversees temporary office service and student employees’ records and pay rates. She also assists the administrative team manager in maintaining and reporting personnel expenditures, balances and any personnel-related items as well as reporting hours worked on bi-weekly employees and entry of approved leave.
Leo is a pleasure to work with and provides a high level of service to all faculty, staff and students in the unit. She can be relied upon to get the job done on time and with accuracy. Leo is the type of employee who sets the example for all - she is professional, honest, loyal and trustworthy.
Please join me in thanking Leo for her dedication to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and the School of Natural Resources.
