Registration and Records Office
Pam has been a staff member at UNO for the past 13 years, and for seven of those years she has been in charge of the department's transcript service. Transcripts are sometimes forgotten for years, but when a person wants to make a job change or go on for additional education, they can suddenly become quite important.
Depending on the year a student attended UNO, Pam may have to search through transcripts that were actually carefully hand-written, or, for succeeding years, the search may involve typed paper records, microfilm, or computer records. Regardless of the format or the method of storage, however, Pam understands how important the request is, and she will find the person's transcript. Fortunately, Pam's work ethic and unfailing commitment to her job are combined with a wonderful sense of humor, which helps make every task she undertakes more enjoyable.
