NU Directions is a campus-community coalition created to reduce high-risk drinking among students.

Tom lends his expertise and knowledge of the college alcohol culture to assist student organizations in re-evaluating the importance of promoting responsible alcohol use among their members. He challenges students to reflect on the connection between the abuse of alcohol and their own character and future - as well as the future of the student organizations to which they belong.

While changing existing patterns of behavior is often difficult, Tom’s approach often breaks through resistance and makes a positive impact.
