Monica has contributed to the Sheldon’s success during a time of significant transition – with the arrival of several new key staff members, including the museum director, and the relocation of offices during a major building renovation. She has been responsible for establishing and implementing a new members/volunteer database, overseeing purchase and networking of new computers, co-authoring the Museum Assessment Plan self-study, and helping to upgrade the project assistant position to attract and retain highly qualified personnel.
