Season Event Coordinator for the Lied Center for Performing Arts, UNL

The Board of Regents is pleased to present a KUDOS award to Jeff Malan, Season Event Coordinator for the Lied Center for Performing Arts at the University of Nebraska‐Lincoln.

Jeff has been a dedicated staff member at the Lied Center since his arrival in 2002. He is an employee who regularly goes above and beyond the call of duty. As the senior event coordinator, he is extremely detail and customer oriented. During the past two years, he has been the consistent leader and coordinator who ensured that all of the events at the Lied Center were successful.

Jeff pays special attention to our artists, rental customers and the needs of patrons. He has the ability to keep multiple projects moving simultaneously. In addition to his outstanding job performance, he has been working extensive hours that range from early mornings to late nights every day of the week on a regular basis.

Jeff has negotiated a variety of rental contracts which have provided the Lied Center with positive income opportunities. He greatly deserves our thanks and appreciation for all he has done and continues to do to keep the Lied Center thriving at the University of Nebraska‐Lincoln.
